{recipe} memorial day smoothie

Have a patriotic drink on me. :)

Triple Berry & Pineapple Protein Smoothie:

  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup frozen fruit - I used frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and pineapple
  • Blend together and enjoy!
