Triple Berry & Pineapple Protein Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup frozen fruit - I used frozen blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and pineapple
Directions:
- Blend together and enjoy!
